I joined Platinum Solutions 10 months ago today. My previous experience was with larger companies, corporate in nature I found my experience with these other companies to be more competitive in nature (peer to peer competition) versus the team environment I enjoy at Platinum Solutions.

Joining Platinum was a culture change for me, a refreshing change mind you. Going from a 44,000 employee company to a 80 employee company. I find Platinum Solutions to be a company full of experienced, knowledgeable, interesting and over all professionally nice individuals. Everyone works as a team and that is the culture of Platinum a culture I am not used to. I personally have not found such a team environment like Platinum's in all my 15+ years in the work force. I find this embracing and refreshing and a smart way to work.
